Iñaki Osa ‘Goikoetxea’ will say goodbye to Bilbao, this Friday, in the final of the Jai Alai World Tour
The pelotari Iñaki Osa ‘Goikoetxea’one of the best punters in history, will say goodbye to Bilbao by playing this Friday in the final of the Jai Alai World Tour 2023 of basket tip in the fronton of the Sports Club of the capital of Biscay.
‘Goiko’43 years old and who next February will put an end to his 27-year professional career, will play with Gorka Sorozabal as a defender to measure himself against Aritz Erkiaga and Thibault Basque in the match that will decide the ‘txapelas’ of the tournament organized by Munduko Pilota Batzarra-World Council of Basque Pelota and Associates.
These four pelota players have been the best on the circuit that took place between May and September, consisting of four tournaments -San Sebastián, Markina, Gernika and Hondarribia- that will conclude with this festival called ‘Izarren Gaua’ (Night of the Stars).
Before the final, the women’s match will be played between Helena Barrenetxea-Ihart Arakistain and Naroa Merino-Frida Watkins.
