The accident took place around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at kilometer 4 of the NA4120 (Gulina-Aróstegui), in Iza, reports the Provincial Police, which has taken charge of the investigation.
Etxeberria, 23 years old and a resident of Iturmendi, was transferred to the Navarro University Hospital by helicopter. The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old man from Berrioplano, was unharmed.
