Fitness trainer Maxim Oborin named a way to increase libido through sports. His words are quoted in “Rules of Life”.
Oborin said that strength training with moderate weights has a positive effect on the hormonal system – such exercise causes positive stress in the body. After training, a person releases more sex hormones, which increase sexual desire.
The expert advised choosing exercises that involve a large number of muscles. In particular, he recommended performing squats with moderate weights, push-ups, pull-ups, various exercises on machines, or deadlifts.
In July, coach Maxim Slivak spoke about the impact of regular fitness classes on women’s libido. The expert noted that cardio training strengthens the cardiovascular system and has a positive effect on endurance, increasing the energy level in women in the intimate area.
