Men’s Health magazine expert Corey Ritchie revealed the training secrets of American actors Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan and Lou Ferrigno after 70 years. Recommendations are given on the publication’s website.

According to the specialist, the main rule that actors adhere to is regular training. They visit the gym several times a week. The second tip is to do a mandatory warm-up. “A proper warm-up helps keep blood flowing to the muscles so they can perform at their best under heavy loads, helping to protect our joints,” Ritchie explained, adding that Ferrigno uses cardio to warm-up, while Schwarzenegger uses light-weight, high-repetition exercises.

At the end of the workout, Ritchie reports, actors are advised to increase the load. They noted that it is psychologically very important to challenge yourself and overcome it during each lesson.
