November was not a very intense month in the Bundesliga, but nevertheless the best footballer in the league has to be chosen during this period. Six players have been nominated with Bayern Munich having the largest representation.
Bayern is on top again
This is another month when the Bavarian club has two representatives on the way to the title of the best footballer. In November, Alphonso Davies and Thomas Muller were chosen, but there was no room for Robert Lewandowski, who has been waiting for this type of award for a year. Bayern is also waiting, because this season no footballer of the league’s leader has received this distinction yet.
In November, Thomas Muller continued his great assists streak, which lasts from October until today. Davies cannot boast of any achievements for November in the Canadian classification.
Other nominees
Jonas Hofmann from Borussi Moenchenglabdach is on the list. A successful month behind the 29-year-old – he scored three goals, and his team collected four points and jumped from the 12th place to the 9th position. Another nominee is Filip KostiƦ from Eintrach Frankfurt. The individual result of the Serb is rather average for an offensive player – one goal and one assist. His team, however, escaped from the relegation zone and won two meetings with the top of the table – SC Freiburg and Union Berlin.
