Fury gave Usik a new ultimatum

Fury will fight with Usik if the Ukrainian agrees to a small percentage of the fee

British boxer Tyson Fury delivered a new ultimatum to Ukrainian Alexander Usik. The athlete’s words are quoted by Sky Sports.

“If he agrees to take a small percentage of the total purse, then we can hold the fight. If he wants to make a lot of money, then the fight won’t happen,” said the Briton.

On September 14, Fury announced that he no longer wanted to fight Usyk. The fight between the Briton and the Ukrainian was repeatedly disrupted. The parties were unable to agree on the distribution of fees.

Usik has 21 victories in 21 fights. He holds the World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and WBA Super heavyweight championship belts.

Fury has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. He holds the World Boxing Council heavyweight championship belt.
