Wells also described the correct technique for performing a bear walk. Starting position – on all fours with support on your palms and feet. Then begin to move forward, taking a step with the opposite leg and arm at the same time. In this case, the spine should remain straight, the back and shins should be parallel to the floor.
Wells emphasized that you should not do the exercise at a fast pace, it is more important to focus on the correct technique. She recommended doing ten circuits of 20 seconds of intense activity with 10 seconds of rest.
