The crew of Bermeo Urdaibai added the seventh victory in its history in the Flag of La Concha and thus becomes the Biscayan club that has won the main event of the trawler season the most times after surpassing Kaiku’s six victories.

The ‘Bou Bizkaia’ has won in the San Sebastian bay in 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2022 and 2023, which also makes it the great dominator of this century, surpassing in that section of the list of winners Hondarribia (5) and Castro (4).

Kaikufor its part, was the best in La Concha in 1978, 1980, 1981, 1982, 2009 and 2012. In addition, in 1959 a trawler with the name of Sestao formed by rowers from Kaiku and Iberia.

Santurtzi with 4 flags (1977, 1979, 1985 and 2021), Ondarroa with 2 (1898 and 1922) and Iberia de Sestao With one (1954) they are the other three Biscayan trawlers that have won the La Concha Flag.

The absolute record of wins is for Oriowith 32 victories.
