Neymar is the most expensive signing in Saudi football
Paris Saint-Germain should receive around 90 million euros (R$ 490 million) to release its athlete definitively. With that, the star will win the most expensive hiring position in the history of Saudi football, displacing striker Malcom, formerly of Zenit and Corinthiansalso brought by Al-Hilal, which cost 60 million euros (R$ 326 million). Peixe is entitled to 4% of the total value of the negotiation for being Neymar’s training club.
At the new club, the Brazilian will have a salary of 160 million euros (about R$ 860 million), divided into two years of contract. Therefore, the player will receive approximately BRL 36 million per month. In addition, Ney will continue to wear shirt number 10, the same number he wore at PSG and Brazilian Team.
Still in Paris, Neymar underwent medical examinations last Monday, was approved and all documents are signed. The expectation was that the striker would travel to Saudi Arabia this Tuesday, but plans have changed and the expected arrival date is for the end of the week.
