Striker Sadio Mané would be leaving the Bayern Munchenaccording to the newspaper The Athletic. Out of the German club’s plans for the 2023/24 season, the Senegalese would already be negotiating with Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luís Castro’s team in Saudi Arabia.
A representative of the agency that takes care of Mané’s career would have met with Goran Vucevic, sporting director of the Saudi club, at the Pine Cliffs hotel, in Portugal, to discuss the arrival of the striker to the team.
According to the German newspaper Bildthe team coached by Thomas Tuchel would also be looking for a way out for the athlete, as he would not belong to the club’s plans for next season.
Mané arrived at Bayern Munich in June last year. The German club paid around 32 million euros (R$ 171 million at current prices) to the Liverpool to be able to count on the services of the player until 2025, who arrived with great expectations after good seasons in the English team.
However, after rumors of problems in the dressing room with teammates and not performing as expected, the Senegalese must leave the German team. It remains to be seen whether or not it will be in this transfer window.
If the signing comes to fruition, Mané would be Al-Nassr’s third reinforcement in this window. the steering wheels Marcelo Brozóvic, formerly of Inter Milan, and Seko Fofana, formerly of Lens, have already signed with the Saudi club. Still keeping an eye on the market, the team is negotiating with the Brazilian winger Alex Telles and striker Moussa Diaby.
