Olympic champion in ice dancing Roman Kostomarov showed on Telegram a new video from training after prosthetics.

“Move on,” the 46-year-old athlete signed the video. On the footage, Kostomarov is engaged on a treadmill, doing exercises for pumping his hands, doing twisting. He has prostheses on his legs.

On July 15, Kostomarov, who was released from the hospital on July 6, posted a photo with his family. The picture shows the athlete together with his wife Oksana Domnina, daughter Anastasia and son Ilya.

Kostomarov was hospitalized on January 10 with pneumonia and influenza B. Due to the prolonged connection to a blood oxygenator and a ventilator, tissue began to die off. Doctors amputated both feet of the figure skater, then the shins of both legs, the entire right hand and several fingers of the left.
