Irene Paredes and Oihane Hernández summoned by the Spanish team to play the World Cup

The Basque players Irene Paredes and Oihane Hernández have been called up by the Spanish team to play the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand which will begin on August 20.
The Spanish coach Jorge Vilda offered the call this Friday June 30 and the absences of the Basques Elene Lete and Maite Oroz stand out. The Real Sociedad goalkeeper and the Real Madrid player have been left out of the list.
The following footballers have not been called up either: Cardona, Oroz, Fiamma Benítez, Jana Fernández and Gabarro.

Goalkeepers: Misa Rodríguez (Real Madrid), Enith Salón (Valencia) and Cata Coll (FC Barcelona).
Defenses: Irene Paredes and Laia Codina and Ona Batlle (FC Barcelona), Olga Carmona, Ivana Andrés and Rocío Gálvez (Real Madrid), and Oihane Hernández (Athletic Club).
