The possibility of the British Mark Cavendish (Astana) winning a stage in the Tour which begins on Saturday, July 1 in Bilbao and achieve the record of 35 victories in the “Grande boucle” will unot one of the great incentives of the test which will have its capital in Euskal Herria during the first three days.
