Alavés, in a public letter addressed to its fans, has confirmed the continuity of Luis García Plaza, who had an automatic renewal clause if Alavés went up to the First Division, while Sergio Fernández, whose contract expired this season, has renewed its relationship with the albiazul club until 2026.

Thus, Alavés has taken for granted continuity as coach of Luis Garcia Plaza through the letter, in which the club refers to the present and the future of the team: “We are already working on an exciting project for the present and future, which will be designed by our Sports Management, with Sergio Fernández at the helm, and captained from the bench by our coach Luis García Plaza”, explained the entity.
