It is almost certain that Krzysztof Piątek will change the club in this transfer window. The Pole has not played in any of the two matches of Hertha Berlin this season, which best shows his situation in the capital city in Germany. While Braunschweig Piatek was at least on the bench in the national cup game against Eintracht, he was not in the first round of the Bundesliga for the match against Union Berlin.

The 27-year-old striker has been trying on many clubs in the past weeks, and now the Turkish media has reported another one. announced that Piątek could go to the current vice-champion of the country – Fenerbahce.

The club is looking for reinforcements in the attack. The priority of the Turks is Valencia’s player – Maxi Gomez – but the transfer negotiations have stalled. Although Fenerbahce has reached an agreement with the footballer on the contract, the Spanish club is not convinced that Gomez will be sold.

Fenerbahce wants a Five?

In the face of difficulties in this transaction, Piatek was supposed to become Turks’ plan B. On Friday, Hertha’s player has been a player since January 2020, when the German club paid as much as 27 million euros for him, bringing him from Milan. The Pole in Germany, however, does not impress and scored only 13 goals in 56 appearances.

Friday spent the spring round of the previous season on loan in Fiorentine. He scored six goals in 18 matches. Fenerbahce would be a club that would allow the player to return to the European cups. The Turks are on the verge of being promoted to the 4th round of the Europa League qualifying rounds, which certainly means a minimum game in the group stage of the League of European Conferences.

Until recently, Fenerbahce dreamed of a promotion to the Champions League, but the team lost the tie for the second round of the qualifying round with Dynamo Kyiv.
