The Voice called lymphatic jumping an effective exercise to combat puffiness
Journalists from The Voice called lymphatic jumping an effective exercise for combating morning puffiness. This was reported on the publication’s website.
The exercise is performed as follows: on an empty stomach, you need to do about 80–100 quick and small jumps on half-bent legs. It is noted that they contribute to the awakening of the body and the acceleration of metabolism.
However, such jumping can be hazardous to health. This exercise is not recommended for people who have knee problems, as well as high or low blood pressure. In addition, jumping should not be done if there are problems with the muscles of the pelvic floor.
Earlier, trainer Anastasia Malyavina advised simple exercises for edema for morning exercises. The specialist recommended doing a massage of the feet and collarbones, as well as warming up the diaphragm.
