The doctor also noted that it is necessary to switch to a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, and, in addition, pay attention to the position of the body during sedentary work. Grubes recommended sitting with your back slightly against the back of a chair, bending your hips to a slightly greater than 90-degree angle, and moving your legs away from your body so that your knees are bent at a greater angle.

Grubes added that if necessary, the doctor can prescribe physical therapy to restore joint health. She stressed that injuries cannot be treated and anesthetized with cold.

Earlier, fitness trainer Svetlana Butova named an alternative to exercise. According to her, instead of morning exercises, you can walk up the stairs. Butova said that a person without physical fitness should climb one or two floors up at a calm pace.
