Bad weather forced this Friday to interrupt the competition on the second day of the Augusta Masters.

brooks koepka was the only one of the three leaders on Thursday who was able to complete his round, while the Basque jon rahm and the norwegian Victor Hovland they had to stop before halfway.

The horn announcing the interruption sounded when Rahm faced the seventh hole, after signing the par in the previous six, without errors. After a few minutes, they resumed play, but the weather conditions forced interrupt it again.

The man from Barrika faced the second day as a co-leader after the brilliant -7 on Thursday, in which he recovered from an initial double ‘bogey’.

Hovland stopped his round on the seventh hole, when he was one over par.

Bad weather was expected this Friday and, after a morning with good conditions, wind and dark clouds loomed over the Augusta National course, forcing the competition to be postponed.
