The trainer has developed a set of exercises to maintain tone for people over 50 years old
Trainer Wayne Leal has developed a set of exercises to maintain tone and prevent aging for people over 50 years old. This is reported by The Mirror newspaper.
All exercises must be performed on a fitness trampoline. Leal included in the program partial squats, push-ups from a trampoline with an emphasis on the floor, leg swings and low jumps, which can also be performed with light weights. For the final exercise, you need to get on the trampoline on all fours, then stretch your right arm and left leg, holding the balance for five seconds, return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
Leal advised doing each exercise for one minute. In his opinion, the complex should become habitual for people over 50 years old, as it will help increase motor activity in a way that is safe for the joints without lifting weights, deep squats or running.
Earlier, fitness trainer Marina Shlyakhtina named the things necessary for home workouts. According to her, you will need a mat, fitness bands, a yoga brick, a specialized belt, a Pilates ring and a Swiss ball. For training to improve coordination and balance, you can also purchase a balancing cushion.
