The previous record holder was Dmitry Sychev. He scored for the national team at the age of 18 years 6 months and 23 days in a friendly against Yugoslavia on 19 May 2002.
In November, Pinyaev broke the record of Igor Akinfeev and became the youngest debutant of the national team. He entered the field in a friendly match against the team of Tajikistan (0:0) at the age of 18 years and 15 days.
Pinyaev is a graduate of the Chertanovo Academy. In 2017, he trained at the Manchester United academy. Since the summer of 2021, he has played for the Samara Krylya Sovetov, and in January 2023 he moved to Lokomotiv.
