Reed recommended squats, push-ups, lunges with knees bent to 90 degrees, pull-ups, and double V-up twists in the program. To do this, in a prone position, you need to stretch your arms above your head, and then simultaneously raise your straight arms and legs so that they form an angle of 90 degrees or the letter V. Then you need to return to the starting position.
The specialist noted that each exercise must be performed ten times in three sets with minimal rest. According to the trainer, three workouts per week, combined with a high-protein diet, is enough for weight loss.
