Ex-Santos midfielder Bruno Oliveira is announced by the South Korean team

Midfielder Bruno Oliveira, known as Bruninho, was announced this Friday by Seoul E-Land, a team from South Korea. The player defended the Santos last season, on loan from Caldense, but Peixe opted not to hire him permanently at the end of the year.

“I heard that the K-League (Korean league) has quality players and passionate fans. Then an offer came from Seoul E-Land FC, and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity. I want to contribute to the ultimate goal of the team and let a good impression on the fans”, he declared upon his arrival at the new club.

Bruninho was acquired by Santos in early 2022, but never managed to establish himself. He received few opportunities and, throughout his spell, played only 23 games for the Vila Belmiro team, without goals and with a single assist.

Worse than not having space, the athlete was barely related to the team’s matches. He thus ended up falling behind the likes of Jhojan Julio, Rwan Seco, Tailson, Angulo and even Miguelito, who had just been promoted to the professional ranks.

A declared Santista, Bruno Oliveira was born in Vinhedo, a city located in the interior of São Paulo, and played for Bragantino, XV de Piracicaba and Grêmio Osasco before arriving at Caldense.
