Spartak recovered 92 million rubles from former CEO Shamil Gazizov
The Oktyabrsky Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan satisfied the claim of the Moscow “Spartak” against the former general director Shamil Gazizov. This was told to RIA Novosti by the lawyer of the red and white Elena Chaucha.
The club recovered 92 million rubles from the functionary. According to Chauchi, Gazizov appropriated this amount to himself on the day of his dismissal from the team. “When the order was issued, he sent money to himself by payment order, indicating that this was a salary for December. We filed a recovery of 81 million plus more than 10 million for the use of other people’s funds, ”said the lawyer.
The representative of Spartak added that she was waiting for Gazizov to appeal the court decision. “If the decision comes into force, as a result, the club will go to collect funds. If they cannot be paid, we will go bankrupt,” Chaucha said.
Gazizov worked at Spartak as General Director from July to December 2020. Last summer, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan dismissed the suit of the functionary against Spartak, in which he demanded that his dismissal be recognized as illegal and pay him 86 million rubles.
