She said that before going to the toilet with the victim, Alves behaved unacceptably towards her. The witness also stated that the football player harassed her and put his hand on his private parts.

Alves was arrested on January 20. The alleged victim of the football player reported that he locked her in the bathroom of a nightclub, where he beat and raped her. The 39-year-old athlete faces four to 12 years in prison.
