Volkanovski: Makhachev risks more in fights than Khabib Nurmagomedov
Australian mixed-style fighter (MMA) Alexander Volkanovski told how Russian Islam Makhachev differs from his compatriot, former champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Khabib Nurmagomedov. The athlete’s words are quoted by Match TV.
“Khabib is very smart, very calculating. He doesn’t take risks very often. I think that Islam risks more. And I’m ready to take care of it in February,” Volkanovski said. He also noted that Nurmagomedov had more advantages in grappling and wrestling.
