When does the 2023 Club World Cup start? Flamengo and Real Madrid are the teams that will play the fewest games

The Club World Cup is held again a year after Chelsea was crowned champion against Palmeiras of Brazil.

The Covid 19 pandemic forced to move a calendar adjusted by FIFA in which the date on which the Qatar 2022 World Cup was played also had to do.

After waiting for several days to find out the draw, it released its results this Friday, the day on which the fixture and the matches that each confederation champion must play were announced.

As planned, the Club World Cup will take place in Morocco, the country that will host the last edition with a direct format and in which the competition will last just under two weeks.

Once again the teams from Concacaf, Africa and Asia will have to play more games than those from South America and Europe. The latter get their access to the semifinal directly, matches that, if won, will make both meet in the final.

The Club World Cup has its start date and will barely last 10 days in which seven games will be played between the same number of participants.

The competition begins on February 1 and ends on February 11, with Real Madrid as the main favorite to win its fifth cup in the history of this event.

It has not yet been specified in which stadium the final will be played, but it is estimated that the Mohamed V, with a capacity for 67 thousand people and where both Raja Casablanca and Wydad play, can serve as the setting for this match.
