The Russian team took first place overall at the IOAI 2026 International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence, winning seven gold medals and one bronze.

SberUniversity hosted the selection process for the national squad. Preparation for the event was conducted by experts from the AI Alliance alongside teachers from Central University.
