Russia increased its natural gas exports to Europe by 3.4 percent in the period from January through July of this year, according to TASS.
In July, exports via TurkStream rose 39 percent compared with June, though they fell 5 percent against July 2025, reaching 1.5 billion cubic metres, TASS reported.
The figures refer to deliveries through TurkStream, the pipeline that runs from Russia to Turkey under the Black Sea. The route is designed to supply energy to countries in southern Europe and the Balkans and is currently the last active gas supply route to European nations.
Separately, Gazprom announced on July 27 that it had set a new daily record for gas deliveries to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline. The company said the daily record had been broken for the third time since the start of 2026, under a long-term gas sales agreement between Gazprom and China’s CNPC.
