Russia's Ministry of Defense said its forces destroyed two Ukrainian drone command posts near Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, according to a statement the ministry gave to RIA Novosti.
The coordinates of the first post were passed to the crew of a 152mm artillery gun designated the 2A36. Several strikes destroyed the facility along with Ukrainian soldiers present at the location, the ministry said.
The second post was detected by strike drone operators. Two precise FPV drone strikes eliminated the target and the Ukrainian personnel there, according to the ministry.
The ministry also said Russian forces had previously disrupted a delivery of military equipment destined for Ukraine's armed forces.
