Sergey Chemezov, the son of the head of Rostec and the founder of the TSCH fashion brand, expressed his position on the situation in Ukraine. On Facebook and Instagram, he came up with the slogan “For world peace”, and also released a clothing collection with the same message.

Even Chemezov Jr. promised to transfer the profits of his company to the Red Cross for humanitarian aid.

“Art is salvation, even in dark times. It helps you to stand on your feet, to walk and not to go astray. But these are all abstract things. It’s time to turn them into concrete ones,” Chemezov explained his decision.

He also added that from the very beginning, his company “stands for good”, as its name says: “World Peace”. “Creativity and love unites people. Take care of your loved ones and do good,” said Chemezov.

Earlier, his father, the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov, as well as his wife Ekaterina, sons Stanislav, Sergey himself and stepdaughter Anastasia were on the US sanctions list in connection with the events in Ukraine.

Recall that on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an emergency appeal to the Russians and announced a special military operation in the Donbass. In his speech, he stated that “circumstances require decisive action from Russia” and stressed that “Russia will not allow Ukraine to have nuclear weapons.” In response to Russia’s actions, Western countries (USA, Canada, EU, UK, Japan) announced new, tougher sanctions against the Russian Federation, including financial and economic ones.
