President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced a reform project aimed at economic support for the country. It is reported by RBC.

New business support measures include simplified tax accounting and a single income tax of 2%. At the same time, as the leader of Ukraine noted, this tax is voluntary for representatives of small businesses. “If you can, pay, if you can’t, there are no questions,” Zelensky said.

Also in Ukraine, checks for businesses are cancelled. According to the President of Ukraine, this measure was taken so that those cities that were not affected by the military special operation began to revive, business continued to function, and the population got a job.

According to Zelensky, he plans to carry out a number of more reforms in the future.

Earlier, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, expressed the opinion that, under the most favorable scenario, a peace agreement with Russia could be reached within one to two weeks, and at the latest in May. At the same time, he allowed such a scenario as the continuation of hostilities.

Recall that the first three rounds of negotiations were held in Belarus, after which the discussion switched to video format. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called his meeting with Vladimir Putin the task of negotiations, at which “normal, effective” guarantees of the country’s security should be achieved. Turkey and Israel volunteered to help organize such talks.
