St. Petersburg will host the musical show “Mystery”, where the audience will hear cult soundtracks from musicals and films, as well as famous classical compositions. According to the organizers, the event will be held on March 8 at the Academic Chapel.

The author’s arrangement of the compositions was prepared by the musicians of the Essay Quintet, soloist of theatrical musicals, winner of the Golden Mask Ivan Ozhogin and leading opera performers. Citizens and guests of the city will be able to enjoy the works of Modest Mussorgsky, Karl Orff, as well as contemporary composers John Williams, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Hans Zimmer and Ramin Javadi. Melodies from popular musicals, soundtracks to the masterpieces of world cinema will be heard.

“The Mystery will use modern lighting and sound technologies, thanks to which the concert in the Academic Hall of the Chapel will become unforgettable,” the organizers promise.

It is planned to perform the soloist of the French Grand Opera Avignon Yulia Muzychenko, the vocal ensemble “Rozhdestvo” and rock musician Anton Novikov. The show will take place on March 8 at 19:00 on emb. Moika River, 20.
