Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba told under what conditions there will be no negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow. “We will look for a solution, but we will not comply with Russian ultimatums,” the minister said, quoted by TASS.

Kuleba stressed that Kyiv is ready to meet and resolve the situation through diplomacy, but will not go to negotiations, “if the Russian Federation plans to announce its ultimatums.”

According to the minister, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been informed about the smallest details of the meeting with representatives of Moscow. Kuleba added that “Kyiv will decide on its position and then, if necessary, will prepare for a new meeting.”

Recall, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation to “demilitarize and denazify” Ukraine on February 24. After that, sanctions began to be imposed on Russia, a decision was made to close the airspace for Russian aircraft, etc. Against the background of the escalation of the situation around Ukraine, its President Volodymyr Zelensky invited the Russian side to sit down at the negotiating table. The first round took place yesterday. Negotiations will continue in the coming days.
