Kozlovsky was found guilty of organizing a criminal community, illegal access to computer information and especially large-scale fraud. According to the investigation, from December 2015 to April 2016, hackers created and distributed a virus on the Internet, with the help of which they gained access to the local computer networks of a number of large banks, travel companies, construction and food companies, as well as to the computer database of the Yekaterinburg airport ” Koltsovo, while stealing more than 1.2 billion rubles.

In total, 22 defendants are involved in the Lurk case, one of them is wanted, reminds RIA Novosti. The state prosecution asked for them from six to 18 years in a colony, and for Konstantin Kozlovsky – 18 years in a strict regime colony.

None of the convicts pleaded guilty, and one of them made a brawl right during the announcement of the verdict.

During the detention, Kozlovsky claimed that the group was supervised by a former employee of the Information Security Center of the FSB of Russia, Dmitry Dokuchaev, who was convicted of high treason and subsequently released on parole, Kommersant writes. This claim has not been proven. According to the lawyer of the leader of the hacker group Fyodor Akchermyshev, the criminal case was created artificially to hide the illegal operational actions of Russian law enforcement agencies on the territory of foreign states.
