Authorities 2022-2027
In a solemn act held on January 18 in the hall of the University Council, the authorities of the ULVR were sworn in for the period 2022-2027.
The possession and taking of oath were carried out by the Ph.D. Susana Hinojosa Dazza de Gordillo, president of the Council of Regents. Members of the University Council were present as witnesses of honor, and representing the full Council of Regents, Ing. Com. Alfredo Aguilar Hinojosa.
It was ratified in the position of rector to the Ph.D. Aymara Rodriguez Fernandez, who will lead the destinies of the university in a second period.
The Ph.D. Rolando Villavicencio Santillan, former administrative vice-chancellor, assumed the academic vice-chancellorship for research, undergraduate and postgraduate studies, while the Mgtr. Alex Salvatierra Espinosa, former dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Industry and Construction, was appointed administrative vice-chancellor.

The designation of the main authorities of the ULVR was made under the provisions of the respective regulations. The act of possession took place in the presence of the secretary of the university council, Mgtr. Niccole Varas Chiquito, who attested to the act carried out and complying with the respective biosecurity protocols.
