Few turnout at the march against insecurity called by actor Richard Barker

A small group of people responded to the march against insecurity that Ecuadorian actor Richard Barker called on social networks.

Dressed in white t-shirts and carrying banners, the group walked down 9 de Octubre avenue. A contingent of policemen on motorcycles guarded the walkers on the way down the boulevard.

Although the video in which he expressed his claim for insecurity and other social demands went viral, this Saturday, few people walked with the actor on the avenue.

The peaceful march was called Popular Clamor. The artist indicated, before the march, that within his requests is that President Guillermo Lasso be more empathic with his people.

In his social networks, the artist had asked to go out and express the right to security and life with banners.
