In Vyborg, a border guard was stabbed to death on the street. It is reported by the Academy of Sciences “Operational cover”.
The corpse of a young man with a stab wound to the chest was discovered by an ambulance team on January 30 at 04:40 in the morning at the premises of the Krasnaya Polyana club on Lenin Avenue. According to the administrator, the victim entered the club, said that he had been stabbed and lost consciousness.
The deceased turned out to be a serviceman of the Border Directorate of the FSB for the city and region.
On January 30, at about 6 p.m. in Vyborg, near house 59 along Leningradskoye Shosse, criminal investigation officers detained a 39-year-old local resident, unemployed, on suspicion of murder. According to the investigation, during a sudden quarrel, he stabbed a 37-year-old border guard in the chest. A criminal case was initiated under article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Deliberate murder”).
According to the agency, in his youth, the offender was sentenced for theft for 2 years probation.
Earlier in St. Petersburg, a man and a woman wounded a policeman at a cemetery and fled to the Leningrad region.
