Croatian President Zoran Milanović said Prime Minister Andrej Plenković was behaving like a “Ukrainian agent”. At the same time, the head of state refused to consider himself an “enemy of Ukraine” or a “friend of Russia.”

According to the JutarnjiList portal, the politician reproached Ukraine for “glorifying the people who killed Jews and Poles during World War II.”

In addition, he called on Kiev to continue negotiations with the militias in the Donbass.

“You need to talk to them, and not enter into a confrontation with a nuclear power. Whoever encourages them, they are charlatans, and there are many of them in the European Union,” Milanovic believes.

Earlier, the President of Croatia has already made scandalous statements about the situation around Ukraine. So, he warned that in the event of a Russian invasion of Ukraine, he would not only refuse to send troops to the region, but also withdraw his military from NATO.

Milanovic also expressed confidence that Ukraine remains one of the most corrupt countries and that it “has no place in NATO.”
