The Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University issued a statement complaining about pressure from the family of nine-year-old student Alisa Teplyakova. Excerpts with reference to the press service of the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University are published by RIA Novosti.
Alisa Teplyakova passed the exam at the age of eight and entered paid education at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University. During the session, a conflict arose – the student’s father said that his child was deliberately “flunked” in the exam. The faculty complains that publications by the Teplyakov family contain information discrediting the honor and dignity of Moscow University, its staff and students. “This kind of unprecedented informational pressure, as well as the facts of the need to seek medical help after communicating with E.V. Teplyakov cause justified concerns among employees and examiners, ”the press service reports.
The faculty noted that the confidentiality of personal data does not allow the university to present a complete objective picture of what is happening in the public space. The university noticed that, protecting the personal data of the child, they cannot provide all the information, and this, according to the leadership of the faculty, is being abused by the girl’s family.
The faculty calls on the Teplyakov family to comply with the regulations of the university, which requires respect for the staff of Moscow University. The university has no complaints about Alice herself, but at the faculty they demand adequacy from her parents.
