The department clarified that inspectors from the Central Black Earth Interregional Directorate of Rosprirodnadzor conducted a scheduled on-site inspection of an enterprise specializing in the production of pork. Specialists, in particular, checked the fattening site Starting Complex No. 6 Aleksandrovsky and the Zhurbinka fattening shop, located west of the village of Volchya Aleksandrovka in the Volokonovsky district of the Belgorod region.

As a result of the audit, the experts identified 23 violations of environmental legislation: in the field of environmental protection and waste management. The management of the enterprise was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 8.1 and Art. 8.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and ordered to eliminate violations within the allotted time.

It is expected that the department of Rosprirodnadzor will later conduct an unscheduled inspection to assess compliance with the instructions.
