The scope of action will focus on fundamental axes such as support to municipal governments with operations to prevent informal commerce from taking over the streets, such as Cevallos Avenue and its surroundings in Ambato.
Using the patrol cars and megaphones, the public will be warned to comply with the biosecurity measures and protocols and a strict control will be made to ensure that the hours of operation of the nightlife centers are met.
There will also be operations in the sale of puppets and it will be monitored that these are not burned in public spaces, in accordance with the prohibition that exists.
The Police will also control that the traditional ‘widows’ do not walk in the streets and that platforms are not set up for farewell programs of the year in neighborhoods or other public spaces.
Samaniego reported that before the announcement of the cantonal COE of Píllaro, to suspend the Diablada between January 1 and 6, special operations will be carried out in the center of the city, as well as in parishes and communities in order to avoid the crowding of people that they can be self-convened to carry out this cultural activity.
