In the area of limited heat supply after the accident at TPP-1 in Ulan-Ude, 95 thousand people and more than 1.1 thousand residential buildings remain, according to the headquarters for liquidation of the consequences of the accident.
According to the headquarters, at the time of the accident there were 1,328 houses and 105,400 people. There are also 83 socially significant objects in the zone of limited heat supply (at the time of the accident – 93). The load on the power grid in the city increased by 30-40% after the accident. Citizens are urged to use temporary accommodation, regulate the use of electrical appliances and, if possible, not connect additional appliances.
It is planned to return to normal operation of the CHPP on Saturday.
Recall that on the eve of the TPP-1 in Ulan-Ude, the electrical wiring caught fire, four boilers were turned off. Due to the accident in the capital of Buryatia, an emergency mode of the republican level was introduced.
At present, the air temperature in the capital of Buryatia is 32 degrees below zero. The temperature of the coolant in the heating system is about 70 degrees, although the norm for such weather is 130-150 degrees.
