Prison agent wanted to enter cell phones and ammunition into the Latacunga prison

A prison security agent identified as Edwin Ch. Ch. Was intercepted when in a car driven by him he tried to enter cell phones and ammunition at the Cotopaxi rehabilitation center, in Latacunga.

The event was recorded on Thursday night. Police personnel located outside the prison stopped the vehicle as part of a first filter.

At that time, the agent reportedly indicated that he was carrying tubs with food for the prison officers, but when the uniformed officers lifted the covers with the food, they realized that he was carrying cell phones.
