The first collaborations that started from the production sector to the army and the police, which are involved in this fight, were evaluated favorably, which will have its consequences when the Government in a state of emergency admits the existence of an internal armed conflict. Terrorist organizations were identified and marked as military targets and ordered to operate and carry out operations to neutralize them, according to international humanitarian law and respect for human rights. It is not possible to fall into naivety when rumors or fake news are spread that confuse and misinform. Therefore, it is important to confirm and compare them with official sources so that there is no confusion at the time of the internal war declared in the state of emergency that is being experienced.
