Ivleeva did not admit guilt in court in the case of the “naked” party

A court hearing was held on the administrative case regarding the organization of a scandalous party in the capital’s Mutabor club. It was attended by blogger and event organizer Anastasia Ivleeva, TASS reports.

She did not admit guilt.

“Individual entrepreneur A.V. Ivleeva appeared at the court hearing and did not admit guilt,” notes the resolution of the Lefortovo Court of Moscow. It clarifies that the lawyer supported Ivleeva’s arguments and explanations, emphasizing that she was not aware that the guests were at the event in a manner that offended human dignity. Ivleeva’s defenders insist that the company that entered into an agreement with the blogger should bear responsibility for organizing and holding the party.

It is clarified that information about the dress code for the event, according to Ivleeva, was indicated in a text message that was sent to guests. It also contained a link to photos of people in suitable images, which were offered as a sample, but were not a call. Ivleeva added that the event was a presentation of photographs taken in 2022 by Playboy magazine.

Let us remind you that earlier the court suspended the operation of the Mutabor nightclub for 90 days on charges of violating sanitary standards. The club’s problems began after it hosted Ivleeva’s party in December with an almost naked dress code. Singer Philip Kirkorov, journalist Ksenia Sobchak, singer Lolita, rappers Dzhigan and Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev) and others were seen at the event. Despite subsequent apologies from Ivleeva herself and other party participants, mass cancellations of events with their participation began in Russia. In addition, a claim against Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles was registered in a Moscow court. Ivleeva herself was fined 100 thousand rubles.
