Possible delays in payments to participants in the military operation in Ukraine are associated with bureaucratic failures. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting of the head of state with residents of Anadyr, Interfax writes.
The country’s leader stressed that all the needs of the military operation in Ukraine are fully funded.
“Issues of material and financial support for everything that happens in the Northeast Military District zone do not exist. “Everything is financed absolutely in full,” the president responded and emphasized that “if something arrives at the wrong time, with delays, then this is simply a manifestation of bureaucratic failures in the worst sense of the word.”
Putin emphasized that the situation with leave after being wounded in a special operation is being corrected, and soldiers are getting this opportunity. “The vacation of soldiers who did not take it off should not be wasted; they should have the opportunity to use it later,” the president noted.
He promised to instruct the Russian Ministry of Defense to analyze, using specific examples, where such failures occur.
During the meeting, Putin also made a number of other statements. He also touched upon demographic problems in the country, noting that he is glad that it is becoming fashionable in Russia to have many children. Putin also ordered the development of benefits for the purchase of a car for large families in the Far East, noting that he personally is against the idea that maternity capital can be used to purchase a car.
The country’s leader also promised that the “Zemstvo Teacher” program, which ends this year, will be extended until 2030. He also proposed introducing additional payments for mortgage repayments in regions of the Far East with low birth rates.
Separately, the president said that in the Russian Federation there is minimal unemployment and a large shortage of personnel, especially highly qualified workers.
The head of state also admitted that he was going to visit Yakutia, but the trip was canceled due to weather conditions and the plane could not land.
Let us remind you that the President is on a visit to Chukotka.
