Tariffs for housing and communal services will change in Russia. As Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes, the government has approved indexes for changes in housing and communal services fees for each region.
Prices will increase from July 1 this year.
At the same time, the maximum increase will be in the Trans-Baikal Territory – it will be 15%. Prices will change minimally in Khakassia – by 4%, as well as in the Magadan region and Chukotka (by 4.9%). In other regions, rate increases will range from 9 to 10%.
Previously, FAS calculated the “corridors” of new electricity tariffs for residents of different regions for 2024. Minimum and maximum levels must be taken into account by regional authorities in the final determination. Electricity charges will rise from July 2024. The highest rate is in Chukotka: there the “maximum” rate is 10.56 rubles. per kilowatt-hour, in Yakutia, where the maximum tariff is estimated at 8.58 rubles, and in Kamchatka, where the maximum rate is 8.23 rubles. per kilowatt-hour. The Moscow region has also entered the top regions with expensive electricity – the threshold there will rise from the current 6.73 rubles. up to 7.33 rub.
Tariffs will be low in new territories – depending on the region, from 1.26 to 2.18 rubles. per kWh In other regions, the cheapest electricity is in the Irkutsk region (1.53-1.58 rubles per kWh), Khakassia – maximum 2.90 rubles, in Dagestan, Chechnya, Murmansk, Novosibirsk, Tyumen regions, Khanty-Mansiysk and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (the upper limit here is from 3.52 to 3.76 rubles per kWh).
