Rapper Vacio was arrested for 15 days after Ivleeva’s “naked” party

The Lefortovo District Court of Moscow placed under arrest for 15 days and fined 200 thousand rubles the rapper Vacio (real name Nikolai Vasiliev), who took part in an “almost naked” party in the capital’s Mutabor club, RBC reports with reference to the press. service of Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

The rapper was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) and Part 3 of Art. 6.21 Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships and (or) preferences, gender reassignment). Under the first article, the court sentenced him to administrative arrest, and under the second, a fine.

The court found that Vasiliev “violated public order, used obscene language and distributed publications on Telegram aimed at promoting non-traditional sexual relationships.”

The “Almost Naked Party,” organized by blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, took place on the night of December 20–21 at the Moscow club “Mutabor.” Among the guests were celebrities, including journalist Ksenia Sobchak, musicians Lolita, Philip Kirkorov, Dzhigan and his wife Oksana Samoilova. Singer Anna Asti performed on stage. Telegram channels published photos with guests, including Vacio, in which they were barely dressed. According to the channels, the rapper only wore a sock over his genitals.

The media reported that after the event, security forces came to the club to check. The party was criticized by activists, deputies and public organizations; some turned to the prosecutor’s office, the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to organize inspections.
