Thus, government decisions such as public investments (which create jobs) benefit or harm the lives of working families. Furthermore, the existence or non-existence of work regimes such as part-time, hourly payment or part-time employment has an impact; aspects that necessarily go through the decisions of the National Assembly. And today, the digital and global scenario creates workspaces for other professionals and positions located in cyberspace; aspects that have not yet been analyzed or promoted on the national territory.

For an adult, having a job is not just a matter of economic income; For people, work is a mechanism for inclusion in society and mental health. Therefore, when societies complain about domestic violence, disintegration of neighborhood structures or insecurity, they must take into account that collective mental health is affected by unemployment and insecure employment.
