Epmmop set special hours that will run until December 6.
Regarding the events for the 487 years of the founding of Quito, the Metropolitan Public Mobility and Public Works Company (Epmmop) modified the opening hours of municipal parking lots until December 6. This seeks to supply the demand of people who attend the programs with their vehicles.
To the north of the capital, the Carolina 2 parking lot, which has 117 parking spaces and is located next to the Pope’s Cross, will be open from 06:00 to 24:00.
In the Bicentennial, also to the north, parking lots A (Av. Amazonas N51 and Pasaje Oe 3G) and B (Av. Amazonas N49-277 and Juan Holguín) the hours will be as follows:

The operation of the Cadisan and La Ronda parking lots will be at 24:00 on Friday, December 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5. On Monday 6, La Ronda will operate until 22:00; Cadisan will remain open at 24:00.

There are 1,898 places in the historic center. The hourly or fractional rate for the use of these spaces is $ 0.75, from 06:00 to 17:59, and from 18:00 to 05:59 it goes up to $ 0.90.
Blue Zone
The Tariff Rotary Parking System, better known as the Blue Zone, will also operate with special hours until December 6. The Blue Zone La Mariscal 1 and La Tola – Central Market will be open between 06:00 and 02:00.
Mariscal 1 encompasses Plaza Foch and has 2,222 spaces. While La Tola – Mercado Central has 319 squares between Sodiro streets, to the north; Chile, to the south; Pichincha avenue, to the west; and Los Ríos, to the east.
The cost of the service is $ 0.40 per hour or fraction, from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. From 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. the value rises to $ 0.80, with a maximum of two hours of use. On weekends and holidays, from 06:00 to 02:00, the rate is $ 0.80. (I)
